Do you want to return your order because something is not right? Do not worry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt. 

RETURN POLICY

The watch must:

- Be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- Be returned in original conditions, without any deterioration.
- Have all the original plastic labels and stickers.
- Include all the original packaging.

 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns, so you should keep your receipt. Products that have been purchased with a promotional code cannot be returned.

WARRANTY CLAIM

Malcölm & Bentt offers a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects after the date of purchase at an authorized dealer or from the delivery date if the purchase was made through our website.

Basically, if the watch or its mechanics do not work properly and there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product free of charge and quickly. However, this does not cover any type of damage or abuse that has been done to the watch even if it is during the 30 days after receiving it. The warranty does not cover water damage, bumps, daily wear, battery damage or wear, damage from accidental blows to the glass, scratches, strap damage or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so you should keep your receipt.

If your watch suffers a manufacturing defect, we will bear the costs of the collection of the package without any additional cost. Otherwise the client is the one who will have to pay for the delivery of the package to our facilities.
